News from CGP Village

Dear friend’s owners of Cannes Grand Parc,

As indicated on the blog Eye on Worldwide as for some among you, AFUL wishes to communicate more often and regularly with you. Taking into account the significant number of foreign owners it was decided to do it also in English language.

The bureau of AFUL, according to its last assembly of the 14th March, has asked me to deal with the Communication and the owners relations within Cannes Grand Parc. What pleasant job isn’t!

It was suggested being in relation with you by the present Blog or by mails exchange on: cannesgp@free.fr only for the common topics and except the personal issues.

In addition we plan to set up a quarterly newsletter to keep you informed of the life of what we could call the “The Village” since we are representing 450 apartments and villas. At least one thousand persons live there. If you are interested to receive this letter do not hesitate to me give me your name and e-mail address by return.

Un bureau élargi pour l'AFUL

L'assemblée générale de l'Aful Cannes Grand Parc s'est tenue le vendredi 14 mars.
De nombreux points ont été évoqués les plus importants étant les difficultés de paiement de plusieurs immeubles. Ce problème a été partiellement réglé car trois immeubles, I,J,K doivent encore des sommes importantes nécessaires au fonctionnement de l'AFUL. Par ailleurs , les budgets ont été adoptés.
Un nouveau bureau a été élu et comprend outre les anciens membres de nouveaux membres représentant plusieurs copropriétés. Le président, Jean-Yves Berthelon a été réélu.
Plusieurs commissions ont été créées avec des membres notamment l'une au sujet des ralentisseurs, une autre au sujet de la sécurité et d'autres sont à venir.
